VEGETABLE EGG BAKE

Ingredients:

  • 4 ORGANIC LARGE BROWN CAGE FREE EGGS
  • ORGANIC EGG WHITES
  • 1 CUP OF VEGETABLES: CHOICE OF BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, and ASPARAGUS
  • ½ OF A MEDIUM GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
  • HANDFUL OF HEIRLOOM TOMATOES, CHOPPED
  • 2 TBSP OF SUN-DRIED TOMATOES (TRADER JOE’S)
  • FRESHLY CHOPPED BASIL
  • 2-3 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES
  • MACADAMIA NUT OIL
  • SEASONED WITH: BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, TURMERIC, NO SALT 21 SEASONING (COSTCO)
  • OPTIONAL: TOP WITH SILVERED ALMONDS OR AVOCADO

Recipe:

SET OVEN TO BAKE 350 °F. COAT PAN WITH MACADAMIA NUT OIL. WISK UP WHOLE EGGS AND EGG WHITES, AND POUR INTO PAN. EVENLY DISTRIBUTE VEGETABLES, BELL PEPPERS, TOMATOES, AND SUN-DRIED TOMATOES IN PAN. SPRINKLE BASIL AND GARLIC ACROSS THE PAN. ADD IN SEASONINGS TO TASTE. BAKE FOR 12-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL VISIBLY COOKED. ONCE BAKED, SPRINKLE SILVERED ALMONDS ON TOP. GOES WELL WITH TRADER JOE’S SIRACHA SAUCE AND TRADER JOE’S ORGANIC KETCHUP.

GARLIC BALSAMIC CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 4 SKINLESS BONELESS ORGANIC CHICKEN BREASTS
  • BALSAMIC VINEGAR (ORIGINAL OR RASPBERRY)
  • MACADAMIA NUT OIL
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • SEASONED WITH: BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, NO SALT 21 SEASONING (COSTCO)

Recipe:

SET OVEN TO BAKE 350-375 °F. COAT PAN WITH MACADAMIA NUT OIL. SEASON BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN WITH SEASONINGS. SPRINKLE MINCED GARLIC OVER THE CHICKEN BREASTS. LIGHTLY POUR BALSAMIC VINEGAR ACROSS THE BREASTS. BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES (BAKE TIME VARIES, CHECK AT 30 MINUTES). GOES WELL WITH BROCCOLI OR ASPARAGUS.

CURRY TURKEY AND EGG WHITES

Ingredients:

  • 1 POUND OF 99% LEAN GROUND TURKEY
  • 1 CUP OF ORGANIC EGG WHITES
  • 1 CUP OF BROCCOLI
  • ½ CUP OF TRI-COLORED BELL PEPPERS
  • FINELY CHOPPED BASIL
  • SEASONED WITH: CURRY POWDER, TURMERIC, BLACK CRACKED PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, NO SALT 21 SEASONING (COSTCO)
  • ½ CUP OF CURRY SIMMER SAUCE (TRADER JOE’S)
  • TRADER JOE’S SIRACHA SAUCE
    DAIYA DAIRY FREE MOZZARELLA SHREDS

Recipe:

COAT A FRYING PAN OR MY FAVORITE WOK FROM COSTCO WITH MACADAMIA NUT OIL. START COOKING SEASONED TURKEY ON HIGH AND CONTINUE TO FLIP UNTIL ALMOST COMPLETELY COOKED. POUR IN EGG WHITES AND CONTINUE TO COOK ON HIGH. ADD IN VEGETABLES, BASIL AND CURRY SIMMER SAUCE. TOSS INGREDIENTS UNTIL MIXED TOGETHER. EAT WITH TRADER JOE’S SIRACHA SAUCE AND DAIYA MOZZARELLA STYLE SHREDS OR BY ITSELF.

Variations:Asian or Mexican Stir Fry

ASIAN: REMOVE CURRY POWDER, TURMERIC, AND CURRY SIMMER SAUCE SUBSTITUTE WITH GLUTEN FREE LOW SODIUM TAMARI SOY SAUCE AND SWEET CHILI PASTE

MEXICAN: REMOVE CURRY POWDER, TURMERIC, AND CURRY SIMMER SAUCE SUBSTITUTE WITH SPICY MANGO SALSA AND CILANTRO

**All variations go well with Trader Joe’s Siracha Sauce**

 MUSCLE EGG PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 1 SCOOP OF RAW FUSION PROTEIN POWDER, VANILLA BEAN
  • 1 CUP STRAWBERRY MUSCLE EGGS
  • CINNAMON
  • DASH OF VANILLA

Recipe:

SPRAY PAN WITH COCONUT OIL. MIX INGREDIENTS AND WISK UNTIL POWDER IS COMPLETELY MIXED IN. POUR INTO FRYING PAN TO SIZE OF CHOICE. AFTER FLIPPING EACH SIDE, SPRINKLE MORE CINNAMON ON TOP AND FLIP AGAIN.

  • ALMOND MEAL
  • EGG WHITES
  • SEASONED WITH BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER, AND NO SALT 21 SEASONING

Recipe:

SET OVEN TO BAKE 375 °F. SPRAY PAN WITH COCONUT OIL. SEASON CHICKEN BREASTS AND COAT WITH EGG WHITES. SPRINKLE ALMOND MEAL UNTIL CHICKEN BREAST IS COMPLETELY COVERED. BAKE FOR 30-40 MINUTES. GOES WELL WITH BROCCOLI AND RASPBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR.

Chrissy Reilly is an awesome trainer and motivates me to do better with each session. She keeps in check with you all through the week and doesn't just commit during the session, but before and after as well. She is always positive and keeps me on my toes. I would recommend her for any level of training, since she can work with all levels of fitness. I needed to amp my workout plan and seeing her 2-3 times a week has helped me so much and I am closer and closer each week to my goals! Her positivity is contagious and I just love working with her!
